1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing SHIVAM ENTERPRISE or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They apply to all purchases of HSN 1209 sowing seeds for home gardens, farms, terraces and smallholder plots through our online storefront.

2. Who we are

GOSWAMI KULDIPGIRI AJAYGIRI, trading as SHIVAM ENTERPRISE (Proprietorship), Registration Number: 24EYRPG9188J1ZJ operates SHIVAM ENTERPRISE from NA, SHOP NO. 24, SARDAR OWNERS ASSOCIATION, VARACHHA ROAD, NEAR MINI BAZAR, Surat, Surat, Gujarat 395006.

3. Products & horticultural use

We supply vegetable, flower, fruit, herb, forage, spice and specialty seed lots curated at SHIVAM ENTERPRISE. Product photographs depict the seed variety associated with each variety. Packet artwork and lot identifiers may change between seasons. Germination depends on sowing depth, soil, water and climate — results in your garden may differ from quality test batches.

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) for HSN 1209 seed lots intended for sowing.
  • Stock reflects warehouse intake and supplier availability.
  • Packet weights and approximate seed counts follow standard seed-trade tolerances.

4. Accounts & eligibility

Checkout requires a verified email address. You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

5. Orders & payment

  • An order is confirmed once prepaid payment clears or cash-on-delivery is accepted at checkout.
  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and COD on supported pin codes.
  • COD orders include the shipping charge shown on the review screen.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Gujarat courts at Surat hold exclusive jurisdiction.
