How do I create and verify an account?

Checkout says my email is not verified.

Open Account, request a fresh OTP, and verify. Checkout stays locked until the email is confirmed.

Where do I see my past seed orders?

How do I track a seed shipment?

Use Track order with your order ID and the email used at checkout. Status updates also arrive by email after packing and dispatch.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Raise a cancellation from Track & Support while the order is still unshipped. After dispatch, use the returns path on the order status page.

Who do I contact about a damaged packet?

Open the order status page and submit the support form with photos of the outer mailer and packet label within 7 days of delivery.

Which payment methods are available?

Prepaid UPI / online gateway payments get free shipping. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes with a ₹49 shipping charge.

When is prepaid shipping free?

All successful prepaid orders ship free across courier-serviceable pin codes in India.

My payment succeeded but I have no order email.

How are seeds packed?

Lots ship in moisture-safe foil sachets, lot-labelled and nested for road transit from our Surat packing desk.

How long does delivery take?

Typical windows: 2–4 days for south & west metros, 4–6 days for north & central India, and 6–9 days for north-east & islands.
