Cancellation Policy

1. Before dispatch

Cancel via Track & Support while your order status is still unshipped. Prepaid amounts are reversed within 5–7 business days.

2. After dispatch

Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, please refer to the Returns & Refund Policy instead of cancellation.
